CNG AI is the built-in artificial intelligence assistant on ChatOn Global. It is available inside the messenger app and on the website to help you write posts, translate text, get answers, summarize content, and much more — all without leaving the platform.

CNG AI is powered by advanced generative AI technology developed and managed by D-N Developers Technologies Company Ltd.


SECTION 2 — How Does CNG AI Work?

When you send a message to CNG AI, your text is processed by a large language model (LLM) — a type of AI that has been trained on a wide range of text data. Based on patterns learned during training, the model generates a response that is relevant and helpful.

CNG AI does not search the internet in real time. Its responses are based on what the model has learned, so some answers may be outdated, incomplete, or occasionally inaccurate.


SECTION 3 — AI Credits

Using CNG AI requires AI credits. Each word generated by the AI deducts a small number of credits from your balance. Credits can be topped up at any time from your account on chatonglobal.com.

Your credit balance is displayed inside the CNG AI chat screen in the messenger app. When your credits run out, you will be prompted to top up before continuing.


SECTION 4 — Privacy & Your Messages

Your privacy matters to us.

ChatOn Global may use anonymized AI message data to improve the quality and accuracy of AI responses. Personal messages you send to other users are never processed by CNG AI and remain private between you and the recipient. We do not sell your AI conversation data to third parties. AI conversations are stored locally on your device as chat history and are removed when you delete the CNG AI conversation.

SECTION 5 — What CNG AI Can and Cannot Do

CNG AI can answer general knowledge questions, help you write social media posts, captions, and messages, translate text into many languages, summarize long content, fix grammar and spelling, generate hashtags and post ideas, suggest replies to messages, and explain concepts in simple terms.

CNG AI cannot browse the internet or access real-time information, read your private messages with other users, make purchases or take actions on your behalf, guarantee complete accuracy on all topics, or provide professional legal, medical, or financial advice.


SECTION 6 — Accuracy & Responsibility

AI-generated responses can sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Always verify important information from trusted sources before acting on it.
